Our Pork Crackling is hand-cooked and goes through two stages of cooking. It is the second stage which softens the Pork Crackling and gives it the unique, crispy texture. It is this double-cooked process which makes the Crackling more tender and more intense in flavour. Pork Crackling is not as hard as the traditional Pork Scratching which gives it a softer texture but still gives it that added crunch!Our Pork Crackling is then perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of flavouring to coat each piece and make it all the more flavoursome before being sealed in foil packets for optimum freshness! As we only cook in small batches we never carry much stock which results in the best tasting, most fresh Porky snack!

Our Pork Crackling is cooked in its own delicious juices, the Crackling produces its own oil meaning we do not add anything else.

From our 40g foil range the Original, Salt & Vinegar, Peri Peri and Chorizo are also all ALLERGEN FREE

Keep at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odours. Once opened if not consumed straight away keep in an air tight container and consume within 7 days.

Our 40g flavoured Pork Crackling packets contain no HVP or MSG.

MSG stands for Monosodium Glutamate

HVP stands for Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein.

None of our 40g foil packets contain either of these additives, meaning they are more suitable for a wider range of consumers.

If you place your order before 11.30am Monday-Friday we will try our best to get it dispatched on the same day. For all orders placed after this time your order will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery then usually takes between 2 to 3 working days, you will recieve a tracking reference link where you can track your parcel.

Please note for all orders placed after 11.30am on a Friday and any orders placed on a weekend we will dispatch these on the next working day.
